Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team at a Dunkin' Donuts restaurant. This role covers floor operations, brand training, and leading a guest-focused team to deliver great guest experiences and strong top-line sales.

The position requires prior leadership in retail or hospitality, basic computer and math skills, and fluency in English. It is an on-site role with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Execution of Point of Purchase instore set up per Brand standards.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation requirements.
