Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and team. This role includes performing duties in the manager's absence, leading staff, and ensuring brand standards and profitable top-line sales for a single restaurant.

You will help deliver great guest experiences, oversee training programs, and manage operations in line with Dunkin' standards and franchisee policies.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and team.
• Perform duties of Restaurant Manager in their absence.
• Lead team meetings and oversee Brand Training programs.
• Maintain Brand standards, recipes and systems.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team.
• Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
