Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong math and accounting basics; good analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Stand/walk for long periods; 80% of shift.

Responsabilités

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties; manage inventory and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe place for employees and customers.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members.
