Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing shifts, ensuring standards are met, and guiding team members. You will take ownership of problems, help others, and maintain a safe, friendly dining environment.

The role emphasizes inventory control, financial accountability, and delivering safe, high-quality food while fostering a positive workplace. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for career growth within our team.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Leader.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust, and lift/carry trash containers.
• Able to clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs; stoop during 80% of shift.
