Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC seeks a Restaurant General Manager in Leander, TX to lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality and profitability. You will coach staff, uphold food safety standards, manage budgets, and drive sales while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of GM experience in high-volume environments, strong leadership, P&L responsibility, and a passion for developing people in a fast-paced Shake Shack setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and prep, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality leadership and team motivation.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus and commitment to excellence.
• Financial acumen with 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
