Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume Shack in Leander, TX. You will coach and develop teams, manage operations, and drive sales while upholding hospitality standards.

You’ll oversee inventory, budgeting, payroll, health and safety compliance, and local community engagement, delivering exceptional guest experiences and profitable results through strong leadership and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant general management in high-volume settings.
• Strong leadership, staff development and coaching.
• Knowledge of operations, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Proven ability to drive sales and hospitality standards.
• Flexible hours and shift coverage.
