Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L and financial reporting, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Inspire inclusive culture and belonging in the workplace.
• Lead talent recruitment and coaching to improve performance.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and ensure smooth restaurant performance.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Coach and recognize team; provide ongoing feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support P&L, cash control, security, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
