Job summary

Taco Bell Woonsocket is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering brand standards and leading a high-performing team. You will train, coach, and recognize Team Members to provide unforgettable guest experiences, while stepping in for the GM during absences and guiding daily operations.

Expect a 50-hour work week, focus on profit and loss, inventory, labor management, and safety compliance as you drive excellence and growth within the restaurant

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and labor planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in GM's absence and ensure service excellence.
• Train, coach, and recognize Team Members while driving engagement.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, labor, and review financial reports to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards and uphold company policies.
• Partner with GM on performance reviews and employee relations.
