Job summary

Taco Bell in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations and inspire the team. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach staff, and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You will manage daily operations in the GM's absence, drive profit and loss management, ensure safety and food safety standards, recruit and develop talent, and foster a culture of belonging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management including cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Strong communication skills for performance appraisals and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence adherence and food safety standards; lead operations in GM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback, address employee relations, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash controls and budgeting.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support GM with facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
