You will manage 50-hour weeks, partner with the GM on performance reviews, recruit Team Members, and participate in P&L management, inventory, and labor planning to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to assist with P&L management, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Strong training and resource provision for employees.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Experience recruiting or hiring team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence.
• Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback, addressing employee relations issues or elevating as needed.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Act like an owner by assisting with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
