Job summary

Taco Bell in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train crew, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will set the gold standard, oversee recruitment and training, and coach staff to promote careers. RGMs work a 50-hour week.

You will manage operations, scheduling, training on CHAMPS standards, and push profitability while keeping guest satisfaction high. Benefits include medical from day 1, 401k, and meals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of restaurant/retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward performance and foster equity and belonging.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure great experiences.
• Schedule staff, coach on CHAMPS standards, and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and aim to exceed standards in all areas including digital presence and loyalty.
