Job summary

KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our KFC operations. You will lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while aligning with safety, food quality, and labor cost goals.

You will manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance, and drive profitability through effective leadership and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
