Applegreen is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at our Edison, NJ location. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver great guest experiences, supervise staff, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and 2+ years of quick-service restaurant management experience. Flexible schedules and strong communication are essential to drive performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign tasks, coach, and develop shift supervisors.
• Act in the absence of the General Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Motivate staff and maintain high morale during busy periods.
• Ensure policies and brand standards are followed and that the store looks welcoming.
