Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Columbus, GA. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive store performance, develop hourly Team Members, and oversee schedules, forecasting, labor management and inventory to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and develop Team Members through coaching and feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing and resolve team issues.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by upholding service standards and addressing concerns.
• Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and budget adherence
