Job summary

CAVA - Oglethorpe Mall in Georgia is seeking an Assistant General Manager to translate our mission and values into outstanding guest experiences and team development.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive store performance, develop hourly Team Members, and ensure top-tier service. The AGM plays a key role in forecasting, labor management, and inventory, while modeling leadership competencies and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgets and costs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and coach Team Members with training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Elevate guest experience by upholding high service standards and resolving concerns.
• Support financial reporting, sales tracking, and adherence to budgets.
