SONIC Drive-In with KBP Drive-In is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner, lead the team, and drive restaurant performance. You’ll be instrumental in building a fast, friendly guest experience and preparing for future leadership opportunities.

You’ll help oversee daily operations, train staff, and manage inventory and guest concerns, while supporting financial performance and brand protection in a dynamic quick-service environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Quick-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding SONIC standards and policies.
• Lead training, scheduling, and team performance in partnership with the Managing Partner.
• Manage inventory, food safety compliance, and guest concerns.
• Support financial performance through cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner on growth initiatives and protecting the SONIC brand.
