Job summary

CAVA in Ardmore, PA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive store performance. You will help with schedules, forecasting, labor management and inventory while living our mission and values every day.

This role centers on coaching Team Members, upholding food quality and guest service standards, controlling costs, and supporting financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
