Job summary

KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Arby’s location in Goodyear, AZ. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining Arby’s standards.

The role focuses on operations, inventory, labor and food costs, safety, and guest service. Requirements include at least 1 year as AGM in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, 18+ years old, and flexibility to close shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Profit and loss responsibility experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to deliver positive guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain Arby’s standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Control labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a safe environment for guests and staff.
