Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Attleboro, MA to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive guest experience and store performance. You will help manage daily operations, staffing, schedules, and financial metrics to achieve profitability and maintain high standards.

The AGM will lead by example in customer service, oversee training and performance feedback, and support with inventory, cost control, and compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA's standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing, and address Team Member issues to maintain a positive environment.
• Enhance guest experience and address customer concerns; boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with preparing financial reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
