Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Hampton Inn Chicago Tinley Park. You will oversee daily hotel operations, partner with the General Manager, and drive revenue while managing costs to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive hotel experience in Rooms or F&B OR a 4-year degree with 2–3 years experience OR a 2-year degree with 3–4 years experience.
• Supervisory background required.
• Must hold/c obtain required certifications (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple hotel departments and partner with the GM to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive hotel profitability by managing teams and control costs.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff across levels.
• Ensure effective communication with colleagues and guests.
• Manage financial data and reporting to support hotel operations.
• Utilize Windows-based reporting tools for daily insights.
• Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Deliver hospitality with a service-focused attitude.
