Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality and guest experience.
• Develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability with a customer-centric culture.
• Uphold BoFood and BoLabor standards; take corrective action when needed.
• Empower staff to maintain WOW service in every interaction.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure safety and security standards.
• Engage in LTO activities through lifecycle, including training and POP deadlines.
