Job summary

Nextgen Hospitality Solutions is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our busy Myrtle Beach casual dining restaurant. You will partner with the GM to oversee daily operations, scheduling, and guest experience, and mentor both front- and back-of-house teams.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes food safety, cost control, and delivering a memorable guest experience. A minimum 3–5 years in restaurant management and a proven ability to motivate diverse teams are required.
