The role emphasizes coaching, training, inventory control, budgeting support, and daily team huddles to hit goals. A retail mgmt background and strong communication are essential; 18.25–20.00/hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail.
• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to increase sales.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
