Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Cherry Hill, NJ service center. You will support the GM in driving revenue, coaching staff, and delivering a superior guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The AGM will lead by example, develop teammates through the company training program, and ensure operations run smoothly, including inventory, budgeting, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate diverse groups.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs and guidance.
