Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our San Marcos service center. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management and strong communication skills. You will manage operations, inventory, and staff, while helping with budgeting and performance targets.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience (preferred).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Comfort with basic financials, budgeting, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through increasing guest count and improving sales metrics.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and product ordering to meet demand.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per standards.
