Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Memphis, TN to lead day-to-day service center operations and guest experiences. You will work closely with the GM to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and maintain high standards of service.

The role requires retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced environment while upholding company policies and safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with GM on budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation per standards; maintain a guest-first environment.
