Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our service center operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will assist the GM in achieving revenue targets and ensuring smooth daily operations.

As AGM, you will coach technicians and CSAs, manage inventory and budgeting, and uphold safety and quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a guest-first attitude to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Guest-first mindset and professional conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and guest count through core sales and service performance.
• Coach and develop teammates through our internal training program and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Oversee inventory and product ordering to meet business needs.
• Assist guests with questions in person, electronically, or by phone.
