Jiffy Lube International in Tucson, AZ is hiring an Assistant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth in a fast-paced service center.

You will work with the GM, coach automotive technicians and CSAs, lead daily team huddles, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. The role requires 1–3 years of retail management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and guest count through performance metrics.
• Lead and develop automotive technicians and CSAs via coaching and training.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling and safety compliance.
• Partner with GM on budgeting and forecasts and store initiatives.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe and guest-focused.
