You'll drive guest satisfaction, manage labor and costs, and mentor a team through fast-paced shifts. The role demands hands-on leadership, a passion for great food, and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and great food.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
