LV Petroleum's Las Vegas travel center partnership is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a Sbarro's restaurant, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction from open to close. You will partner with the General Manager, coach and recruit staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and help hit sales goals.

The role requires 2-3 years of leadership in food service and a proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Lead, train and develop team members; assist with recruiting and retention of top talent; delegate tasks and manage workflows.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, resolving concerns professionally, and leading by example in all interactions.
• Support financial performance through inventory control, scheduling, payroll, and alignment with sales and budget goals; assist with local marketing and community engagement.
