Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Sbarro restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to supervise daily operations, ensure food quality, and keep a clean, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

You will train and develop staff, assist with recruiting, manage scheduling and payroll, monitor costs, and support local marketing while driving strong guest experiences from open to close. This role requires leadership and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of cost control, scheduling and daily operations.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.

• Partner with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure food quality standards.
• Lead, train and develop team members and assist with recruiting and retention of top talent.
