Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality management or business degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role in food service.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate restaurant staff; lead shifts and delegate tasks.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees; ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor food quality and guest experiences; resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist in budget management, labor cost tracking, and inventory control.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all operations.
• Support local marketing efforts and promotions to drive sales.
• Regularly report to the General Manager on operations and financial status.
