Job summary

Wingmen V Llc in Peru, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the GM and lead shifts across floor, kitchen, and bar. You’ll drive operational excellence, support team development, and ensure a high-energy guest experience with great food and service.

Expect a fast-paced environment where you lead by example, coach staff, and ensure compliance and safety while contributing to promotions and in-store fan engagement.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1-3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-directed, and results-driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members alike.
• Skilled with basic mathematical computations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
• Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience; experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred.
• High school education or equivalent, valid driver's license to travel between units, satisfactory background check, and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Has successfully managed each department—Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar, and HOH—for a minimum of three periods each.
