Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Forsyth, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team and help run the playbook every shift—from the floor to the kitchen and the bar—to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

You’ll drive operational excellence, support team development, and ensure each shift delivers energy, quality, and the vibes our fans expect. High-energy leaders with 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing in a high-volume, full-bar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team—helping build an all-star lineup
• Help execute daily operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas
• Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout—to keep things running strong
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
• Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement
