Job summary

Rackson Restaurants, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant activities during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service. You will support the Management Team in staff management and financial performance while upholding company standards.

As the GM's right hand, you will help implement policies, train staff, and maintain overall restaurant efficiency and profitability, including executing limited GM duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food management experience required.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage metrics and management systems.
• Technically proficient in food preparation, production, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the GM in staff management and financial performance.
• Implement policies, ensure safety standards, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in training, decision-making, and maintaining restaurant efficiency and profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
