Job summary

Rackson is seeking an Assistant General Manager for BURGER KING restaurants in the United States. The AGM will oversee shift operations, support the management team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates have fast food management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage staff, finances, and operations while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Previous fast food management experience required.
• Knowledge of food & beverage metrics and management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Management Team in staff management and financial performance.
• Assist in implementing policies and safety standards; uphold brand image.
• Lead with empathy and teamwork; develop talent for future roles.
• Assist in cash handling procedures and cost control; ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate staffing and inventory management; complete administrative duties.
