Rackson is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all restaurant activities during their shift at BURGER KING® locations. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in staff management, guest service, and ensuring compliance with Brand standards.

You will lead by example, train team members, monitor cash handling, and help manage labor and costs while maintaining safety, food quality, and a positive, People-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Previous fast food management experience required.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems.
• Technically proficient in food preparation, production, and delivery; knowledge of food safety procedures.
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the Management Team in staff management and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards for service, food quality, and safety.
• Lead and train Team Members, manage labor and cash handling.
• Coordinate staffing, inventory, and administrative duties; maintain safety and cleanliness.
