Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences. You will cover duties in the manager's absence and help drive profitability and brand standards at the Columbus location.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in hospitality, strong communication, and a focus on safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management knowledge.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and team as needed.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training programs, scheduling, training, certifying staff.
