Job summary

Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Vista, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center leadership team. You will help drive revenue growth, improve guest experience, and coach a frontline team of automotive professionals.

You will work closely with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasts, and daily operations. Strong retail leadership is preferred; automotive experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the General Manager to achieve revenue growth through guest count and core sales performance.
• Coach and develop teammates using internal training and provide ongoing direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and coordination with the District Manager.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction toward business goals.
