Jiffy Lube International in Duvall, WA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced service center, drive guest satisfaction, and grow sales.

You will work with the GM to coach teammates, manage daily operations, oversee inventory and budgeting, and ensure safety and quality standards. Retail leadership experience is preferred but automotive background is not required. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and sales targets.
• Oversee inventory and product ordering to meet demand.
• Ensure guest-first service and safe, clean store.
• Coach automotive technicians and CSAs.
