Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the service center team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with the GM to grow revenue, coach staff, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM will oversee training, inventory, budgeting, and performance metrics while maintaining safety and quality standards for a high-volume auto service location.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving core sales metrics
• Lead and coach team members through internal training and ongoing guidance
• Ensure quality control measures are followed consistently
• Handle inventory, cash processes, guest issues, and coordination with DM on initiatives
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings to align on goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs and oversee opening/closing duties
