Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Highland, CA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to drive sales and guest experiences. You will partner with the GM to coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met across the service center.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, budgeting input, and delivering consistent guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and 18+ eligibility are required.

Qualificações

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always.
• Enjoys and is energized by a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
• Has a “Guest First” mindset.
• You must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal.
• Expect to work in an environment in which you frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
• Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving core sales metrics with coaching and strong customer service.
• Lead and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls; support GM with financial performance.
• Provide clear directions and mentor the team to meet goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Guide automotive technicians and CSAs with mentoring.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Build an engaged workforce aligned to customer volume and business needs.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure a productive work environment.
• Assist guests with questions in person, electronically, or by phone.
