Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Duvall, WA. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive rewards program.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest count while coaching the team.
• Lead daily huddles, store meetings and set direction for achieving goals.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issues; partner with DM on initiatives.
• Assist budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls with the GM.
• Provide clear guidance to the team and maintain a clean, safe storefront.
