Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location in Georgia. You will lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and manage daily operations and costs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of AGM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility. Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week and physical stamina to manage a full shift are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Quick-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, preparation and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
