KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its KFC restaurants in the United States. This role focuses on leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of AG M experience in food service or retail, are at least 18, and can close at least two nights weekly. We offer training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within KBP Foods.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
