KBP Brands - KFC in Georgia is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding food quality and safety standards. You’ll train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory and costs, and resolve guest concerns to create memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to cover shifts including late closings several nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver guest service and resolve issues promptly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
