KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurant in Atlanta. You will lead a team, train, schedule, coach, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
