KBP Brands, operator of KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, lead operations, and maximize profitability at a Georgia location. You will train and coach a team, manage daily restaurant functions, and uphold food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk through shifts, maneuver in tight spaces, operate restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
