KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location in Atlanta. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while managing daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, and enforcing safety and quality standards, with opportunities for career growth through internal programs and a quarterly bonus plan.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC's standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
