Job summary

KBP Foods is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location in Georgia. You will lead and coach a team, ensure exceptional guest service, and oversee daily operations to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Available to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for a safe guest and employee environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
